Great customer service Matt did a great job repairing a main water line to the house due to roots from a tree busted the pvc pipe. He arrived earlier than expected which made me happy. I had no water at that point. He explained everything in detail.. The price was good. No complaints. I will be calling this company again. Thank you again Matt!

This is my second 5 star review for 1 Tom Plumber! Once again they came through! Anthony and Daven had the task to remove 3 ft of the original cast iron pipe going into my kitchen sink! It was a two day job and they were excellent! They explained everything prior to repairing and were very thorough! I highly recommend 1 Tom Plumbing!

They offered to come that day which I was shocked they could get to me that fast and I set it for early the next day. They came out the next morning on time, the guy knew what to do and what needed to be done! Today we had a copper fitting exterior hose bib break off when attempting to loosen a hose. We had to turn the water off on the house and find an emergency plumber to come fix the problem. I gave 1-Tom-Plumber a call today (Sat) around 5:30pm and they were able to get Alex Greenman to our residence within the hour! Alex did a fantastic job with the repair on the hose bib and was up front about the best way to approach the repair. I’ve never had this happen before so I’m very appreciative of the quick, professional, and knowledgeable service we received today!

My garbage disposal pvc line became unfastened Saturday late afternoon! I called 1 Tom’s Plumbing and Michele was so kind, she put me on a cancellation list for that evening and also set me up for the first appointment the next day!
