24-HOUR EMERGENCY PLUMBING

Our entire business was built to provide 24-hour emergency plumbing services.

Everyone says they’re an “emergency plumber” these days. Want to know the truth? The vast majority of plumbers use it as a marketing strategy…to make you feel like you’re an immediate priority. But you’re not, which is why the response to your emergency is to wait, and wait, and wait. But we’re different. Emergencies are all we do.

1-Tom-Plumber was conceived and built from the ground up to operate like a water damage restoration company. When a fire or flood hits your home, you can’t wait for help.

So, taking a cue from our own property rescue company, we decided to turn the plumbing world upside down — and make your emergency our emergency! It’s this experience and know-how that enables us to respond immediately to any plumbing, drain, water damage, or excavation emergency.

WHAT IS AN EMERGENCY?

Here's what we consider an emergency service.

Not every situation is an emergency. So, how do you know when yours is? Here are the 5 most common culprits:

1. Burst or frozen pipe
2. Overflowing toilet
3. Water heater failure
4. Drain and sewer backups
5. Leaking faucets and fixtures

If you’re not sure if you’re having a true emergency, call us. We’ll help you figure it out.

DON'T LET THE PROBLEM GET WORSE

If you experience a plumbing emergency, here's what to do.

In a true emergency, do these things to keep the situation from getting worse before your plumber arrives.

1. Shut off the water to the problem fixture or house
2. Turn off your water heater
3. If you see a leak, wrap it with a towel and protect your walls and flooring
4. Open the spigots outside (this will drain away any remaining water)
5. Call your plumber immediately
