Hello everyone. I’m Kameron Hensley, manager here at 1-Tom-Plumber a full service plumbing and drain clearing company. I’m here to tell you about us, the 1-Tom-Plumber team! I’ve never made a blog before, so I figured that this was the best place to start.
Some people call us 1-Tom-Plumbing, 1 TOM or Tom’s Plumbing. We are frequently asked, “ Is there just one Tom at your company?” I think this question is really funny, but I can definitely see why people would think that. Our name is actually our phone number. 1-866-758-6237 spells 1-Tom-Plumber.
Some people also call us the pink plunger plumbers. If you haven’t seen our vans yet, they have about a 10-foot pink plunger going down the side with pink polka dots on the hood. They definitely help us stand out. Give us a honk if you ever see us around town!
1-Tom-Plumber is a full-service plumbing company. Our licensed plumbers can do anything inside a home, such as: drain lines, gas lines, water heaters, dishwashers, remodels, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and pretty much anything else you can think of. We pride ourselves on being a One-Stop-Shop that you can always rely on.
We also offer full-service commercial plumbing. The vast majority of these customers are apartments, high-rises, retail, and restaurants.
In my opinion, what sets us apart from everyone else is the level of customer service we offer. We love our customers and if they are ever in a pinch, we make sure that they get taken care of, no matter what. In order to provide the very best customer experience, we answer our phones 24/7 365. For plumbing and drain cleaning emergencies, we are typically there in about an hour.
We understand that plumbing issues in your home or business can be extremely stressful so we do everything we can to alleviate that stress and make sure we leave you with a positive experience. The best part of our day is reading excellent reviews from our wonderful clients.
Our skilled employees are the glue that holds this company together. Every one of them is incredible at their job and I would feel completely comfortable sending them into my grandma’s house.
