Chris Poulin grew up in South Lake Tahoe and has been in the Reno/Tahoe area for the past 35 years. He enjoys time at the beach and on the slopes with his family in this beautiful area of Northern Nevada they call home. He has worked in the service industry for the past 30 years, specializing in customer service with attention to detail in every aspect. A true entrepreneur, Chris has built multiple successful businesses. His latest venture into the plumbing world has proven to be an exciting one. Acquiring knowledge of different trades and passing on that knowledge and experience, has made his ventures a success . His leadership and people skills have formed strong bonds among his employees. He is truly a leader who "Grows People".His goal is to leave no customer unsatisfied. Emphasizing customer service and encouraging tradesman skill over salesmanship makes 1-Tom-Plumber of Reno Tahoe and Chris Poulin a cut above the rest.

With over 25 years of experience in the trade, Cherie is the only certified med-gas woman Plumber in the state of Nevada and 1 of 42 nationwide. She holds a med-gas license as well as a national welding license . Cherie has experience in every position in a plumbing company . She started as a dispatcher at the age of 20 and was then offered a position as a service manager due to her hard work and diligence. Cherie believed that in order to lead and be respected in a predominantly male trade, she would have to learn every aspect of it . She put herself in the field , learning the trade as a helper and again as a tech . She accepted the position of Service Manager once she gained the experience . From there she acquired knowledge on sonic leak detection, expanding multiple leak detection locations into full service plumbing companies. She went on to explore new technologies such as trenchless pipe repair and line pulling as well as backflow certifications and tankless water heaters. Cherie is credited with mentoring multiple young plumbers and takes pride in passing on the knowledge that she has acquired. She is a member of the "Women in Construction " organization and has done occasional stops at PHCC to encourage young women who are just starting off in the trade.

Donald, better known as Jason around the office, is a 10 year veteran of the trade. Liking a challenge and being a natural problem solver, Jason started off as a residential service plumber taking on the challenge of solving plumbing issues in homes. With an impeccable customer service record and a knack for gab, Jason has become a highly requested plumber in the community. He has experience in both Commercial and Residential plumbing both in service and new construction. Jason enjoys plumbing and continues to grow by acquiring knowledge on the newest plumbing technology. When asked why he got into the plumbing industry, his response was "I got into plumbing because I like to figure things out and I like making people happy"
