Excellent service by Jordan H! My basement bathroom flooded for the second time (first repair was done by a totally different plumbing company) but Jordan took the time & found the issue that was causing it instead of just doing a band-aid repair. He was always on time, very knowledgeable, kind, and a hard worker. Definitely recommend & will be using again for future plumbing needs. Also, the customer service at this company is top notch as well! Such fast & clear communication from the people answering the phones

Jordan dispatched to our place to assess a leak from above. Was very thorough, and did lots of work both here and in our our neighbors’ houses to try and find the source of the leak. He was very nice to both of our pets (cat and dog!)
