As the company’s very first employee, Angie didn’t just join the brand—she helped build the blueprint. Since co-founding the company in 2018, she has been the driving force behind its expansion, scaling the business from a single local operation to a powerhouse franchise with over 100 locations across the United States and Canada.

Angie blends a gritty “ground-up” startup mentality with a sophisticated background in finance. With over 16 years at 5/3 Bank and a successful track record of building and operating a home health care agency, she possesses a rare mastery of both high-level financial management and daily business operations. Today, she uses that expertise to mentor franchisees and ensure the 1-Tom-Plumber vision remains as sharp as it was on day one. Angie is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
