1-Tom-Plumber provides excellent customer service from beginning to end. I called and the receptionist was very polite and made scheduling very easy for me. Gary “Junior” and his apprentice were my technicians for the day. They called in advance to let me know they were on their way. We were able to discuss what Junior thought was going on and he gave me a quote before starting work. They worked efficiently and filled me in with their findings along the way. They left the bathroom floor cleaner than what it had been before service. I would highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber and Junior!
