Our Cause

The majority of our customers are women, whether in a commercial or residential environment. In addition to providing a fast-response and quality work, we train and focus on making sure that our female clients feel safe and comfortable whenever one of our employees, especially our plumbers and drain specialists, walk into their home or work space.

Every 1-Tom-Plumber technician will be exceptionally clean, courteous and well-trained from the top down to treat you with dignity and respect. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over two decades of experience, Becky brings a rare combination of financial precision and operational insight to her role. Becky’s career includes 10+ years in corporate accounting for a large international company and 10+ years in small business accounting and operation where her passion truly lies, while also owning a small accounting firm. Her passion for problem-solving and efficiency led her to the admin supporting role so that the rest of the team is able to SHINE. Outside of work, Becky is happily married, mother of 2 (boy and girl). She takes on the task of homeschooling her children and is commonly found on a soccer field, karate or dance studio in her community. Becky’s unique combination of accounting expertise and the plumbing industry makes her an invaluable leader driving 1-Tom-Plumber Lawrenceville to new heights of success and innovation while also bringing balance to her team in a 24/7/265 industry.

Randy Fowler

Owner

Randy Fowler is the undisputed champion of "I'll Get to It Eventually." With a PhD in Delaying Decisions and a black belt in Couch Potato Studies, Randy spends his days perfecting the art of pretending to be busy. A connoisseur of fine snacks and 1980’s movies, he excels in the field of casually avoiding adult responsibilities. When he’s not expertly dodging errands or creating elaborate excuses to avoid social engagements, Randy can be found diving deep into the world of internet rabbit holes, where he’s an honorary member of the "I Know More Than I Should About Random Trivia" club. His hobbies include napping with the grace of a sloth and debating the profound implications of whether pineapple belongs on pizza. Randy’s greatest achievement to date? Managing to turn procrastination into an Olympic sport. With his sharp wit and unparalleled sarcasm, he navigates life with the same level of enthusiasm one might reserve for a tax audit, which kinda makes sense considering who he’s married to. Happily married and a dedicated mother of four, she expertly balances professional and personal life. Her extensive background enables her to efficiently manage operations and enhance the workplace environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with a touch of sparkly brilliance.

General Manager

Mike Elinski is a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience in water restoration and mold remediation. With extensive knowledge and credentials in microbial growth, he has a profound understanding of industry standards and best practices. As the General Manager at 1-Tom-Plumber, Mike leverages his expertise and leadership to deliver exceptional service and ensure excellence in every project.
