Our Cause

The majority of our customers are women, whether in a commercial or residential environment. In addition to providing a fast-response and quality work, we train and focus on making sure that our female clients feel safe and comfortable whenever one of our employees, especially our plumbers and drain specialists, walk into their home or work space.

Every 1-Tom-Plumber technician will be exceptionally clean, courteous and well-trained from the top down to treat you with dignity and respect. Kevin Ball, President and Co-founder of 1 Tom Plumber in Huntsville, has led the company since its acquisition in January 2023 and grand opening in July 2023. He is dedicated to working with his team to grow the business and strives for continuous improvement. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities with his family and motorcycle rides.

I’ve spent the last six years deeply involved in the water damage and restoration field with Rick-N-Ball Restoration. Given how closely water damage and plumbing are connected, it made perfect sense to bring our high level of service to 1 Tom Plumber in Huntsville. My background also includes time as a firefighter, a police officer, and nearly 20 years in the Marine Corps Reserve, experiences that have all shaped my approach to leadership and problem-solving. We opened 1 Tom Plumber, Huntsville in 2023, and I’ve been part of the team since day one. What I love most about working here is the exciting challenges that come with developing a strong company culture and ensuring our people have the tools they need to succeed. The fast-paced nature of the work, the opportunity to provide valuable services to our customers, and the process of breaking down large problems into manageable parts are what drive me every day. In my spare time, I enjoy staying productive with a mix of fun activities. Quality time with my fiancée, Alicia, and our kids is very important to me. I also make it a priority to stay physically active, whether at the gym or outdoors, and I love exploring the mysteries that surround us.

I have been with 1 Tom Plumber of Huntsville since our opening in June of 2023, and I am able to leverage over 16 years of property management experience to lead my team.  I take pride in our core values and in efficiently resolving our customers' emergency plumbing issues.  Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my fiance', Andrew, and our children, and outdoor activities of all kinds.
