While trying to install our new washing machine, the corrosion on the water handles made them impossible for the delivery team to remove, so hubby tried to get them off and accidentally broke the pipe in the wall. Water gushed everywhere and even in our master bathroom located behind the wall. This happened on Black Friday and it was a very "Black" event for us. We called multiple plumbers before finding 1-Tom-Plumber who immediately said they could send a man out in an hour. Benjamin arrived and assessed the issue, made a trip to Home Depot, returned and fixed the pipe after cutting into the drywall. He saved the day and we used every beach towel in the house mopping up soaked floors and carpet. Now we get to wash towels for the next 2 days while we try out the new washing machine. Thank Goodness, this company was willing to send Benjamin out to help us at 7pm. Payment was made promptly via a link that was sent to my phone after the job was completed. We highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber for all your needs.

Because our HOA has communal water lines, the water couldn’t be fully shut off for the repair, but the team still handled it quickly and professionally. We had a leaky valve under the kitchen sink which was uncovered when we were about to swap our old dishwasher with a new one. I’m so grateful for 1-Tom-Plumber - and especially to the plumber they sent to my condo. On Sunday of the July 4th weekend, I tried to shut off one of my old, corroded under-sink water shutoff valves. Though I slowly tried to turn it loose, a leak began. This resulted in me paying for a very costly HOA special water shutoff to the building (impacting other units) while I awaited the arrival of my plumber to replace the bad shutoff valve. Ruben was the plumber who arrived to quickly assess and repair the bad valve. Once the HOA turned the water back on, Ruben tested to make sure his replacement was secure and put an end of the leak. And it did. Thank you Ruben and 1-Tom-Plumber! 👍🏻

Marco was great. Super knowledgable about the gas supply line that fed into my hot water heater. In installing the new line, he rotated the sediment trap 90 degrees to fix a 2013 installation issue. (Village Plumbing quoted me $600 for a NEW sediment trap, not needed - scam artists!) Marco knew his stuff. He was super communicative about the repair and about future considerations in getting a new hot water heater and complying by code. 5 stars for 1-Tom - Marco is the best plumber I've found in Houston.

Really appreciate Victor coming out and helping us with installing a new toilet. He came on time, was able to quickly make an assessment of the issue we had with our old toilet, and provided some options in terms of fixing vs replacing the toilet. Once we decided to replace the whole toilet, he was very prompt with getting the toilet and installing it for us. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. We broke a pipe in the middle of the night and being new and young homeowners.. we did not ensure we knew how to cut off the water to the house. We did not know what to do and we called multiple plumbers with either no answer, not able to advise us how to turn off the water over the phone or unable to help until hours later, we looked online, knocked on neighbors doors. We were desperate as water continued to shoot out of the pipe. 1-Tom Plumber answered and although unable to come right away they got us on the phone with Jonathan who helped talk us through via FaceTime how to turn off the water. We managed to turn off the water and they said they could be out the same afternoon but ended up being able to come first thing in the morning. They fixed our issue for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Even my own tried and true plumber did not answer or text me back. I highly recommend. My family is appreciative! Will use again.
