In 2018, Kameron co-founded 1-Tom-Plumber in Cincinnati. Leveraging his family-business background, Kameron recognized the high demand and profitability of water damage restoration services, which typically have a margin of about 80 percent. He strategically created a plumbing company designed to complement restoration businesses, addressing the challenge that those suffering from water damage often don’t have established relationships with restoration companies and instead turn to their trusted plumbers for referrals. Through his innovative approach, Kameron developed a successful franchise model for 1-Tom-Plumber. This model leverages the strong relationships with commercial customers. By 2020, he began franchising the business, solidifying 1-Tom-Plumber's presence and growth in the industry. Kameron's leadership has allowed 1-Tom-Plumber to become the nation's fastest growing plumbing brand.
