Today was the third time we used 1-Tom-Plumber. All three have been quality service. We received a phone call four hours earlier than expected because the serviceman was finishing another job nearby. This was great news for us. He arrived about 10 minutes later. We needed the kitchen drain and bathroom sink drain unclogged. Everything was professionally done, each step of the process explained. He even had to go on the roof to clean the vent to the kitchen drain. We are very pleased with the excellent service. We felt the charge was very reasonable. We had already recommended 1-Tom…several months ago to a relative, they were pleased with the service too. We certainly will continue to use this company, you should give them a try.
