Our Cause

The majority of our customers are women, whether in a commercial or residential environment. In addition to providing a fast-response and quality work, we train and focus on making sure that our female clients feel safe and comfortable whenever one of our employees, especially our plumbers and drain specialists, walk into their home or work space.

Every 1-Tom-Plumber technician will be exceptionally clean, courteous and well-trained from the top down to treat you with dignity and respect. We not only want you to feel safe, but when we’re around, we promise to keep you safe to the best of our ability. Our training begins and ends with honestly helping people feel safe.

With over 10 years of experience in operations management, I have honed my ability to optimize business workflows, enhance productivity, and cultivate a workplace culture where excellence is the standard. I’m passionate about fostering an environment where every team member feels empowered to contribute their best work, which in turn drives the overall success of the company. I joined 1 Tom Plumber because I was drawn to the company’s commitment to quality service and its reputation for reliability. Since then, I’ve focused on refining our operational processes, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed industry standards. Whether it’s improving our response times, implementing new technologies, or refining our customer service protocols, I am always looking for ways to push the company forward. One of my key strengths is my ability to connect with people—both customers and employees alike.
