We had an emergency incident, which of course needed addressed immediately. The vendor we would typically use for emergency services, informed us that they would not be able to make it out for more than 24-hours. Luckily Kisha and her team were able to arrive within less than an hour from our phone call. Not only did they arrive so quickly by they came with a full team, completely prepared and worked tirelessly through the night past 3:00am. Each member of the team were knowledgeable, honest & polite. In additon, their pricing is fair and they provide daily updates regarding the status of repairs. We will now use 1-Tom-Plumber as our #1 preferred vendor.
