Our Cause

The majority of our customers are women, whether in a commercial or residential environment. In addition to providing a fast-response and quality work, we train and focus on making sure that our female clients feel safe and comfortable whenever one of our employees, especially our plumbers and drain specialists, walk into their home or work space.

Every 1-Tom-Plumber technician will be exceptionally clean, courteous and well-trained from the top down to treat you with dignity and respect. We not only want you to feel safe, but when we’re around, we promise to keep you safe to the best of our ability. Our training begins and ends with honestly helping people feel safe.

Kevin is co-owner and general manager of 1-Tom-Plumber Cleveland. He brings over 30 years of plumbing experience to the table and is a Master Plumber. Besides his incredible plumbing skills, he is a true business professional and prides himself in genuinely caring for all his customers and those he works with.   As Kevin continually says, “Always leave things better than when you found them”.

Rick is Triple Master Certified in the State of Ohio in Water Mitigation, Mold and Textiles. He has been the owner of Pine Ridge since 2005 and co-owner of 1-Tom Cleveland since 2023. Rick and his team have provided emergency services to thousands of customers.

Krissy is the dispatcher for 1-Tom-Plumber Cleveland. She came to the team with 8+ years of customer service experience including over 5 years in plumbing and HVAC dispatch and call taking knowledge. She loves to work with the team to ensure our customers are 5-star satisfied with the plumbing services provided starting with a smile on the phone. Krissy grew up in Wickliffe and has a small town approach in her customer service. Her passion to help others in their time of need makes her "job" feel less like work and more like a success story.
