How long does it take you to get here?

We’re a local emergency service plumbing company, which means we can typically dispatch a technician to you within an hour of booking your appointment.

What are your rates and do you provide free estimates?

1-Tom-Plumber provides menu-based pricing to all services so you never have to worry about how much a service will cost. You’ll know before we even get started! We do obtain a dispatch fee to assess the issue, but if you decide to complete the work with us, we waive that fee.

How will I know when you’ll arrive?

We’ll send you a text or give you a call to let you know we’re on our way along with an estimated time of arrival.
